The 1-800-GET-LIMO service is unique in the ground transportation industry. Unlike other services which sign up multiple operators in each geographic area, the 1-800-GET-LIMO business model is to license each three digit extension on the 1-800-GET-LIMO system to only one affiliate. So, for example, only one company in the country will use 1-800-GET-LIMO x 212, for New York City.

A License to Use the Intellectual Property

Because affiliates gain a license to use the Federally Registered Trademark, “1-800-GET-LIMO” plus their three digit extension in their own advertising and marketing, they are able to increase the effectiveness of their own promotional campaigns. These benefits come in addition to the leads created by the network and provided to each local affiliate.
